First, I want to thank everyone for letting me to serve as president for another year. I especially want to thank Neil Durrance and Marsha Keffer for allowing me to do what I could in 2008.

The Denton County Democratic Party has been blessed with great growth in the past 8 years. In 2009 , we will have our greatest growth ever. We are ready this year to undo the myths and spin of the "republican party". I believe you create your own reality. Please find your way to express your ideas and contribute to our mutual good and growth. There was a time when there were few gatherings of Democrats in Denton County. I am thankful that there are many Democratic gatherings now. There are several regular Democratic meetings each week.
